We are all used to seeing high-performance unmarked emergency vehicles responding to emergency calls. 

Most of the time, these unmarked BMW’s, Audi’s and other prestigious vehicles belong to specialist police units. 

But if you think that this black Range Rover (video below), the type of which is usually reserved for the Met’s Diplomatic Protection/Close Protection Group, belongs to the police or the security services, then you are wrong! 

Is this the first unmarked Range Rover in the UK to be fitted with blue LEDs on its sidesteps?

Can you guess who will be getting this brand new Range Rover with a blue-light configuration that would typically be spotted on large police vehicles from across the pond?
