A Third Monolith Has Now Appeared In California – WTF Is Going On?

California monolith

Our eager team of news gathers has been watching the ‘california monolith’ story with interest.

But this is the first time we have written about the strange phenomenon of monoliths.

The story started with a monolith appearing in a desert in Utah.

We were told that a helicopter crew, that was searching for sheep, just so happened to stumble upon it, even though it appeared to be ‘hidden’ in a clearing next to some caves.

You would have thought that drones would have been better (and cheaper) when it comes to trying to spot sheep in the wilderness.

Then another monolith appeared in Romania.

Again, this second monolith was found out in the wilderness. Although, it looked like it had been buffed quite badly.

The sort of finish you would expect from a DIY enthusiast as opposed to an advanced alien civilisation.

Ever since alien ‘contact’ movies picked up on the mystery surrounding monoliths, we humans have made them synonymous with our Extra Terrestial friends.

Is this a prank? Is someone taking advantage of how sensitive we feel owing to how 2020 has played out?

Or maybe what we see here, is some sort of military ‘range finding’ exercise – perhaps something to do with long-range radar calibration maybe?

The first monolith was found on November 18th.

But according to Google maps, the structure “appeared” between August 2015 and October 2016.

But now, a third metal slab aka ‘monolith’ has appeared atop Pine Mountain in Atascadero, California.

Hikers stumbled across the 10-foot-tall, stainless steel monolith on Wednesday morning.

Reports are that it is almost an exact match to two other metal monoliths that appeared in Utah and Romania.

Although, the finish on the Romanian monolith is very different from the two which have been found in the U.S.

Is this a prank? or is something more mysterious going on?

According to local outlet Atascadero News, the California monolith was three-sided, just like the one in Utah.

But unlike the one in the Utah desert, this 200-pound structure wasn’t firmly attached to the ground and could be knocked over with a firm push.

The first structure that was found in Utah ‘vanished’ nine days after being spotted. Nobody seems to know where it has been taken to. Or at least, the ‘owner’ hasn’t told anyone where it is now.

That same day, November 27th, Romanian news outlet Ziar Piatra Neamt reported another monolith appeared atop Batcas Doamnei Hill in the city of Piatra Neamt.

The Romanian monolith only lasted four days before it disappeared on Tuesday.

All three seem akin to the giant slab from an iconic scene in Stanley Kubrick’s 1968 film, “2001: A Space Odyssey.”

But we are interested in what you, our readers, have to say! Let us know in the comments below what you think is going on.

Could this be a big artistic prank? Could they belong to the military, or could they belong to an intelligence that is not of this world? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
