Amazon Business is a relatively new service offering from the world’s largest online retailer.
Most small business owners probably do not even know that Amazon Business exists or what exactly it is that this free service does.
Before I go on, and to give a little bit of context, I used to run by my own online retail business.
I sold embroidered bags – mainly to members of the emergency services and armed forces. Because my margins were tight, I had to close the business in the end.
It was a profitable business and made me a bit of money, but it was just too niche.
I did learn quite a lot from that particular business model. One of the most important lessons that I learnt was about how important it is to find a decent supplier.

Amazon’s free service, on the face of it, appears excellent for both sellers and buyers.
It is excellent for buyers because you get access to competitive rates.
Amazon Business is great for sellers as well because you get access to a vast audience of potential buyers.
