The Met Police has just retweeted a post that was shared by the New South Wales Police that outlines precisely what you should be panic buying during these testing times.
And, unless you have guessed it already, the list is empty. There is nothing on the list because there is nothing you should be panic buying!

So instead of thinking about yourself, maybe start thinking about the vulnerable people, the elderly, the emergency services & NHS staff who have got nothing in their cupboards because YOU decided, for reasons which even you do not understand, to panic buy anything you can lay your fingers on.
SURELY the message should be getting through now to anyone with an ounce of common sense: DO NOT PANIC BUY BECAUSE THEIR IS NO NEED TO.
If you have to self-isolate for 14 days, then ask a friend, a neighbour or a family member to get you some items.
If you have got none of those mentioned above, then join one of your local community groups on social media and ask someone in the group to help you.
Just stop panic buying. You are making the situation worse.
